If you are not completely satisfied with HarmonyApp within your first 30 days, we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked.
We believe in HarmonyApp and want every member to feel confident joining. That's why we offer a straightforward 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all new subscribers.
We want you to experience the peace and spiritual depth of HarmonyApp — and if it's not right for you, we'll make it right.
Email support@harmonyapp.com with the subject line: "Refund Request"
Provide the email address used for your HarmonyApp account and the approximate date of your charge.
Once approved, your refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. To cancel:
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any billing issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may result in account suspension.
