By creating an account and subscribing to HarmonyApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These Terms apply to all users of HarmonyApp, operated by ZyronScale / Zyron Global Marketing Ltda.
HarmonyApp is a spiritual wellness application (Progressive Web App) that provides:
HarmonyApp is a digital content platform for spiritual reflection and personal faith. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical service.
HarmonyApp is offered as a monthly subscription service.
Important: By completing checkout, you authorize HarmonyApp (through Paddle, our payment processor) to charge your payment method $7.99 per month, automatically renewing on the same date each calendar month, until you cancel.
To cancel your subscription at any time, email support@harmonyapp.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription," or access your billing portal via the confirmation email you received at sign-up. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with HarmonyApp within your first 30 days, contact us at support@harmonyapp.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After the initial 30-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

All content within HarmonyApp — including audio recordings, video content, text, images, and design — is the proprietary property of HarmonyApp / ZyronScale or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

HarmonyApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific spiritual outcomes from use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HarmonyApp and ZyronScale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of HarmonyApp after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
